High exposure private stays involve multiple arrangements, substantial fund transfers, and parties operating across jurisdictions. Clients are often required to transfer significant sums to overseas entities they have never met, with responsibility fragmented between intermediaries, owners, and service providers.​ This lack of a single accountable structure is where most disputes, losses, and failures occur. We exist to remove that exposure.

We act as a single, accountable point of responsibility overseeing verification, coordination, and execution from initial engagement through completion. This structure is supported by permanent on-island presence in Ibiza and direct accountability in Australia.

The work is personally led by Vitas Males, Sydney based, with more than 20 years of continuous on-island experience in Ibiza, including senior operational roles within established private venues. That depth of experience provides access to a trusted, closed network and allows issues to be prevented, rather than managed after the fact.

Our engagements typically fall within private arrangements with total values from AUD 200,000 and above.
